Overview
The Linden Residences is a groundbreaking 28-story tower that redefines inspired living by seamlessly merging world-class luxury with the artistic spirit of Austin. This innovative residential development not only offers exceptional living spaces but also embodies the vibrant culture and lifestyle unique to the heart of Austin’s capital corridor.
As part of the dedicated sales and marketing team, our objective is to create a comprehensive and scalable digital model interactive for the lobby of the building. The interactive includes detailed floor plans and floor plates that showcase essential real estate data, such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and available amenities. By presenting this information clearly, the interactive was a successful sales tool for the Linden Group.
To enhance the marketing strategy, we developed a sophisticated interactive presentation display. This custom solution serves multiple purposes:bEach unit is accompanied by an intuitive layout that provides prospective buyers with a clear understanding of space and design. The platform efficiently manages critical information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings that reflect current availability and specifications.
Prospective buyers can enjoy immersive visual experiences of each floor, offering a realistic glimpse into the luxurious living environment that awaits them.
What I love about this project
I have always enjoyed architecture and being able to work alongside the creative architects and sales team of the Linden was a dream come true. This interactive was simple in concept but complex in asset production and management as it required assets to illuminate particular floors and units when scaling the digital model. Additional the design was influenced and required to mirror that of the property real estate group to meet their visual brand guidelines.
